Our Warehouse Process

Our warehouse is the backbone of every production, and we consider it to be much more than just a storage space. Every rental that leaves our doors goes through 4 stages, ensuring quality control and efficiency for every show.

1. PREP

PREP

Before each hire, equipment for a specific project is commissioned, scanned in the warehouse and transferred to a preparation area (prep-bay) where show engineers can install show-specific racks, address fixtures, test console configurations, and prepare equipment for the upcoming show. Best-case scenario: fit-up at the event venue should be ‘plug and play’.

2. DISPATCH

DISPATCH

After “prep”, road-ready equipment gets packed into barcoded flight cases and dollies. While we push the cases into the respective trucks / vans, each flight case is scanned to ensure that no equipment is left behind and that the production fit-up can start on time.

3. RETURN

RETURN

After the show/event, when trucks/vans return to our warehouse, each piece of equipment is scanned as soon as possible to report any missing items, ensuring transparency for clients and avoiding shortages for upcoming hires.

4. CHECK-IN

CHECK-IN

Once the trucks have been unloaded and the equipment returned to our warehouse, we clean, test and check our equipment for any damage and ensure that it is ready for its next performance.
